Research & Consultancy Unit – Operational Process
This is the first department that was created by the company. The aim was to research into the healing properties of indigenous Ghanaian herbs and foods, and traditional packaging materials that had been employed over the years to enhance healing. The mandate of this section encompassed ascertaining the nutritional properties, healing properties and the efficacy of unpackaged and already packaged herbal products presented by clients, and to assist in all FDA accreditation procedures. Today, the activities of this department embrace coaching in the establishment and management of herbal clinics and wellness centers.
Identification & Selection of Indigenous Herbs and Materials

Gather and document local herbs, foods, and traditional packaging materials known for their healing properties.

Collaborate with local herbalists, farmers, and traditional medicine practitioners for knowledge sharing.
Product Evaluation & Efficacy Testing

Assess unpackaged and packaged herbal products submitted by clients.

Test for quality, purity, dosage, and effectiveness under standardized conditions.
FDA Accreditation Support

Assist clients with all steps of the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) accreditation process — from application to compliance.

Guide on labeling, formulation standards, and product registration requirements.
Continuous Monitoring & Innovation

Conduct follow-up studies to track product performance and client satisfaction.

Encourage innovation by integrating traditional knowledge with modern scientific approaches.
Scientific Research & Laboratory Analysis

Conduct laboratory testing to analyze the chemical composition and therapeutic potential of selected herbs and foods.

Evaluate safety, potency, and possible side effects through controlled studies.
Documentation & Reporting

Compile detailed research reports, including findings on efficacy, safety, and recommendations for improvement.

Coaching & Consultancy

Offer professional guidance on establishing and managing herbal clinics and wellness centers.
